Mariners Bar boasts one of the best locations in Thanet, right in the heart of Ramsgate’s Royal Harbour which attracts locals, passers by and visitors alike throughout the year. Appreciating fantastic views overlooking the harbour, you can watch the buzz of activity whilst enjoying your favourite pint, a glass of wine, a thirst quenching chilled soft drink or a hot drink from our selection of coffees and teas or a hot chocolate.

Inside, you can marvel at our bar area with it’s unique, authentic nautical theme throughout and explore the many historical treasures gathered by the landlord himself during his adventures on the local seas as a fisherman.

Our bar menu hosts a wide choice of locally sourced fresh fish. We provide a great selection of wines, beers, spirits and over 65 gins, as well as a selection of coffees and teas.

ALWAYS A WARM WELCOME...

The decor in the bar has been put together with great detail and has many interesting quirky features including an aircraft propeller, that we believe to be off a World War II Bomber, caught by the owner 12 miles off the Ramsgate Harbour. It is now suspended from the ceiling of the bar. We also have a bow and stern of an original Wooden Clinker Vessel either side of the wood-burning fire place.
